PREPARING AGREEMENTS OF PURCHASE AND SALE


The purchase of a house is the largest expense most people will ever incur. No one should be signing an agreement of purchase and sale without having it reviewed by a specialist especially now since it is unnecessary to have a real estate agent to complete your agreement of purchase and sale. If you are selling or buying used residential property we can prepare the agreement of purchase and sale or review it for you before you sign it for as little as $100.00 plus HST. This is in addition to all other closing costs and disbursements.

Quotes are available on request. If your agreement is accepted and completed by us this cost will form part of the final cost for closing the transaction.
